This Amendment amends the Interconnection Agreement by and between Illinois Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T ILLINOIS, The Ohio Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T OHIO, Wisconsin Bell, Inc. d/b/a AT&T WISCONSIN (“AT&T ILLINOIS, AT&T OHIO and AT&T WISCONSIN”) and Globalcom Inc. d/b/a First Communications of Ohio for the State of Illinois; and GCI Globalcom Inc. (Globalcom, Inc.) d/b/a First Communications for the State of Ohio; and GCI Globalcom, Inc. (Globalcom, Inc.) for the State of Wisconsin (“CLEC”). AT&T ILLINOIS, AT&T OHIO and AT&T WISCONSIN and CLEC are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”. This Amendment applies in AT&T ILLINOIS, AT&T OHIO and AT&T WISCONSIN’s service territory in the State(s) of Illinois, Ohio and Wisconsin.
