These ‘Software as a Service’ Terms and Conditions (“SaaS Terms”) apply to the agreement entered into between the Customer (as identified on the Quote) and the Service Provider (as identified on the Quote) and set forth the terms and conditions under which Service Provider will provide the Customer with access to certain (“Application(s)”) and user documentation that Service Provider makes generally available in hard copy or electronic form to its general customer base in conjunction with the subscription of such Applications ("Documentation"). The Applications and the Documentation will hereinafter collectively be referred to as the “Software.” The Quote, the SaaS Terms, and any and all agreements associated therewith shall be the “Master Agreement”.

The Applications and the Documentation will hereinafter collectively be referred to as the “Software.”
