This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is a mutual and legally binding contract between the undersigned Prospective Adoptive Parent(s) (married couple or unmarried individual) “Client” or “Client(s)” and Adoption S.T.A.R, Inc. (“Adoption STAR”). Adoption STAR recommends that you review this Agreement and all other documents entered into with Adoption STAR with your attorney. Should you choose to consult with an attorney, we ask that you inform Adoption STAR (us) of the attorney who may be representing you in this matter so we may work together toward your goals in international adoption. While guiding Clients relative to the adoption process, in no event does Adoption STAR or its staff attorneys provide legal counsel on your behalf.
