THIS REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made this ___ day of _______________, 2020, by and between Urban Renewal Agency of Twin Falls (“Seller”) and Four Leaf, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company and/or assigns (“Buyer”). Seller owns that certain property located at 260 2nd Ave East, City of Twin Falls, County of Twin Falls, State of Idaho, more particularly described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, together with all rights appurtenant thereto, including all right, title and interest of Seller in and to all easements, tenements, hereditaments, privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging, improvements, buildings and structures thereon, and all of Seller’s personal property used in the operation of the Property (except for property owned by any tenants).
