This Host Community Agreement (the "HCA") made as of this day of January, 2022, by and between the Town of Macedon, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, 32 West Main Street, Macedon, New York 14502 (hereinafter the "Town") and Waste Management of New York, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, 425 Perinton Parkway, Fairport, New York 14450 (hereinafter "WMNY"). Town and WMNY each a “Party and collectively the “Parties”).
