This cooperative agreement (hereinafter referred to as “agreement”), is entered into between the School Board of Escambia County, Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “School Board”), and the City of Pensacola, Florida, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) for the mutual benefit between the City of Pensacola Fire Department (hereinafter referred to as the “Fire Department”) and George Stone Technical College (hereinafter referred to as “GSTC”).
