The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain collective bargaining relations between the Hospital and the nurses covered by this Agreement; to provide for on-going means of communication between the Association andthe Hospital and the prompt disposition of grievancesandthe final settlement of disputes and to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory salaries, hours of other conditions of employmentin accordancewith the provisions of this Agreement.
