This Settlement, Release and Waiver Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Plaintiff-Intervenor CHRISTYNNE LILI WRENE WOOD (hereinafter “Plaintiff- Intervenor” or “Ms. Wood”) and Defendants CFG JAMACHA, LLC dba CRUNCH FITNESS and JOHN ROMEO (hereinafter collectively “Defendants”). Plaintiff- Intervenor and Defendants are sometimes referred to collectively hereinafter as the “Parties.”
