THIS COMMERCIAL MOVING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the February 16, 2022, between First Class Moving Systems, Inc., a Florida corporation with its principal office located at 8110 Anderson Road, Tampa, FL 33634 (“FCMS”) and Orlando/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. d/b/a Visit Orlando, with its office located at 6277 Sea Harbor Dr. suite 400, Orlando, FL 32821 (“Client”). FCMS and Client are each sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
