These Terms of Use (this “Agreement”), which is a legal agreement between you (together with your affiliates, partners, owners, employees, and agents, “You” or “Your”) and OrangeQC LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“OrangeQC”, “we”, or “our”), shall govern Your use of and access to OrangeQC’s software platform (the “Web Application”), its publicly available websites (the “Websites”), and our mobile applications for the iOS and Android operating systems (the “Mobile Applications”; and, together with the Web Application and Websites, the “Platform”). By checking any acceptance boxes, clicking any acceptance buttons, submitting any bids or estimates or simply by making any use of the Platform, You (a) accept this Agreement and agree to be bound by each of its terms, and
