THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 3rd day of October, (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation (“Licensor”) and the Lantern Crest Homeowners Association (“Licensee”). Licensor and Licensee are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and, together, as the “Parties.”
