Explanation: when a controller engages a processor for the processing of personal data, the controller is legally obliged to make written (or equivalent) agreements with the processor on a number of subjects referred to in the law. Processors must also make these agreements with any sub-processors. This model is a tool to record the agreements with this sub-processor. Before using this model, you should establish whether you, as an accountant, are a processor or a controller. More information is available on the NBA website. You can only use this model if you, the accountant, are a processor. If you, the accountant, are the controller with respect to a certain assignment and you engage a processor, you cannot use this model for that assignment.
