This Agreement for Technical Staff Augmentation Services (“Agreement”), made by and between Shelby County Board of Education, the governing body of Shelby County Schools, a public school district having an office at 160 S. Hollywood Street, Memphis, Tennessee 38112 (hereinafter “SCS”) and Algro, Inc., having its principal place of business at 5200 Poplar Avenue, Suite 2700, Memphis, TN 38137 (hereinafter “Contractor”) is executed pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
