This Chronus Services Agreement and any other documentation or agreements incorporated herein by reference (collectively “Agreement”) contain the terms and conditions that govern Customer’s access to and use of the Chronus offerings (the “Services”) as further described in Exhibit A and any software we provide to Customer as part of Our mobile application (“Software”). The Agreement is made and entered into as of November 15, 2017 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Chronus LLC, a Delaware limited liability corporation (“Chronus”), with its principal place of business at 15395 SE 30th Place, Suite 140, Bellevue, WA 98007, and the University of North Texas Health Science Center on behalf of National Research Mentoring Network, with its principal place of business at 3500 Camp Bowie Blvd., Fort Worth, Texas 76107 (“Customer”).
