THIS AGREEMENT for the Sale/Purchase of Real Property (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of May, 2008 (“Effective Date”), by and between City of Lompoc (“CITY”), on the one hand, and Allan Hancock Joint Community College District (“DISTRICT”), on the other hand, with reference to the recitals set forth below. CITY and DISTRICT are sometimes hereinafter referred to as “Party” or “Parties.”
