It is a requirement of every Local Authority to have a funding agreement in place with Childcare Providers who deliver the free entitlement as laid out in Nottingham City’s Local Funding Guidance 2017 – 2018 [Financial year 1st April 2017 – 31st March 2018]. By accepting the conditions set out in this agreement you are accepting the criteria in the Department of Education Statutory Guidance for Local Authorities.
