PERFORMER AGREEMENTSouth Texas College BETWEEN: SOUTH TEXAS COLLEGE ("STC") AND: ("Performer") through, if applicable, ("Agent"). The effective date of this Performer Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be the latest date onwhich this Agreement is executed by either STC or the Performer (“Effective Date”). 1.
