These terms and conditions set out the agreement between (1) you (‘you’, ‘the customer’ or ‘your’); and (2) Digicel (Trinidad & Tobago) Limited (‘us’, ‘we’ , ‘Digicel’ or ‘our’); for the provision and use of Digicel’s home entertainment services – fibre internet, phone, and TV service(s) supplied over Digicel’s fibre or hybrid fibre/coax networks.
