IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between Varis, LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and contractors (“Varis” or “us” or “we” or “our”) and you for the use of application or software accompanying this EULA, which may include web-based applications, mobile applications, computer software, associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation "Application"). You may only use the Application if you are an end user with a separate agreement for, or the authorized end user of a company with a separate agreement for, use of our services that are accessible through the Application (“Services”).
