SBMC CONTRACT NO: PROJECT NAME AND LOCATION: PARRISH COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOLClassroom Addition New Building #8 Manatee County, Florida PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work will provide design services for a building addition at Parrish Community High School. The existing campus was constructed in 2019 with a capacity of 2,100 students but was master planned and the core was constructed for a capacity of 2,500 students. Due to enrollment growth, the scope of work for the two-story classroom building addition provides for 16 additional classrooms to accommodate 400 students, associated restrooms, storage areas, corridors, walkways, and mechanical and electrical systems required for a functioning facility for grades nine through twelve. The addition will be a modified reuse of the plans for Building 6, which was constructed in 2019. (hereinafter, the “Scope of Work”).
