Now that the revised bylaws have been approved by the Board, it is time for the parties to the Interlocal Agreement (ILA) to move forward with the updated version that was prepared by Dane Bruun (attached). The one remaining issue in the ILA to provide for the participation of other local governments. The original ILA did provide an opportunity for smaller counties and cities to sign on at a reduced annual fee level.
