THIS COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of December 17, 2015, between the Town of Fountain Hills, an Arizona municipal corporation (the “Town”), and Southwest Laboratories, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Contractor”).
