The following parties: The University of Tennessee through its Municipal Technical Advisory Service (MTAS) (hereafter University) and the following State of Tennessee Cities; Bartlett, Collierville, Germantown, and Lakeland (hereafter Cities) enter into the below Interlocal Agreement with consideration of the mutual covenants herein. All parties of this Agreement are authorized by Tennessee Code Annotated, section 12-9-101 to enter into interlocal agreements.
