If the Declaration Page shows that Residential Rental Coverage – Named Perils including Theft applies, in return for payment of the premium, “we” provide insurance to indemnify “you” from loss by sudden and unexpected occurrences as specified in the Insured Perils section of this policy and subject to the terms, limitations, exclusions and conditions set out in the policy. Failure to comply with any term or condition may result in the denial of a claim under this policy.
