This user agreement (“Agreement”) is an agreement between you and SwasthEDU registered under corporation Pri Ritz Technohub (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our(s)’) governing your use of SwasthEDU’s products, software and/or services with the characteristics and features as described on www.swastheducation.com (“Website”) and the SwasthEDU mobile App (“App”) and your use of the Website and App (referred to collectively as the "Services"). SwasthEDU may have subsidiaries and affiliated legal entities around the world ("Subsidiaries and Affiliates"), providing the Services to you on behalf of SwasthEDU. You acknowledge and agree that the Subsidiaries and Affiliates will be entitled to provide the Services to you under the terms of this Agreement.
