This XO SIGNATURE ACCESS™ MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT (this “SIG Program Agreement”) is entered into by and between the person or entity executing this SIG Program Agreement below (“SIG Member”) and XO Global LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“XO”). This SIG Program Agreement is subject to the Signature Access SIG Program Terms and Conditions (the “T&Cs”) incorporated in full by this reference, as amended from time to time in accordance with this SIG Program Agreement (collectively, the “SIG Program Terms”). The SIG Program Terms set forth the terms and conditions of membership in the XO Signature Preferred Access™Membership Program (the “SIG Membership Program”). SIG Member and XO are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties”. A capitalized term used but not defined in the context of its use in this SIG Program Agreement or in the T&Cs shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the “SIG Membership Program Glossary” included in the T&Cs
