This Agreement amends: (A) the collective bargaining agreement between the parties covering a unit of instructors, laboratory technicians and maintenance employees; and (B) the collective bargaining agreement between the parties covering a unit of office clerical employees. Each of these agreements was in effect from October 10, 2007 through October 9, 2010.
