This Consent to Transfer (“Consent”) is executed on , 2016, by the COUNTY OF SONOMA, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”), to authorize the transfer of Sublessee interests in the primary lease, by and between, REACH-CSC, LLC, a California limited liability company ( Tenant”) and County dated October 28, 2003 (“Lease”). The forgoing are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the "parties" and singularly, as "party."
