, 2021, by and between the County of Montrose, Colorado by and through its Board of County Commissioners (“County”), a political subdivision of the state of Colorado organized and established pursuant to Colorado law, C.R.S. 30-5-147, and the City of Montrose, a municipal home-rule corporation organized under the laws of the state of Colorado (“City”), the above-named entities may sometimes be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
