Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, for all purposes hereunder, this Agreement (as defined below) shall be effective on September 30, 2021 and any reference to the “Effective Date,” “the date hereof” or “the date first written above,” shall be deemed to be references to September 30, 2021 as the context so requires.
