This amendment, prepared February 9, 2017, is made to the Program Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") made effective on July 1, 2015 by and between (i) QM Quality Matters, Inc., whose address is 1997 Annapolis Exchange Parkway, Suite 300, Annapolis, Maryland 21401 ("QM"), and (ii) The District Board of Trustees of Broward College, Florida 225 E. Las Olas Blvd., Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33301, ("Subscriber"). QM and Subscriber are each a “party” and collectively the “parties” to this Amendment.
