THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of January, 2013 by and between the Cheyenne Metropolitan Planning Organization, hereinafter referred to as the "MPO" and Fehr & Peers hereinafter referred to as "Consultant." The City of Cheyenne is acting as the agent of the MPO for the contract administration and as the MPO’s Fiscal Manager in accordance with Contract #2624.
