THIS AGREEMENT made on this day of July, 2017 between the City of Rapid City, 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701, hereinafter referred to as OWNER, and Walker Parking Consultants, 5350 S. Roslyn Street, Suite 220, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, hereinafter referred to as CONSULTANT. This project will encompass the Downtown Parking Study and Strategic Plan.
