WAIVER: I (parent/guardian) understand that in taking part in this program there is a risk of injury, and that our participation assumes risk. I understand my child will not be covered by any program insurance and that in the case of injury, I hold harmless the program, instructor, Child & Youth Programs and JBLE for any injury while participating in the program.
