Agreement with a Buyer for New Construction on the Contractor’s Property: This Agreement for new construction may be used by a Contractor and Buyer for the construction of a new residential home on a property owned by the Contractor. The Agreement contains provisions such as, but not limited to, payment terms, procedures for changes in the work, default responsibilities of each party, and the procedures for how and when the Contractor shall convey title of the property and completed home to the Buyer. This Agreement is a TEMPLATE and a SAMPLE for FHBA members to utilize as they see fit. It is strongly recommended that any contractor, builder, owner, or any other entity who wishes to use this Agreement, consult with a Florida licensed attorney before implementing or utilizing this Agreement in any way.
