This Agreement shall be for the purpose of establishing responsibilities of the Parties for the operation of a child development center at MSFC. The MCDC was incorporated under the laws of the State of Alabama as a non-profit corporation in April of 1990 for the purpose of providing quality childcare at reduced rates, primarily for the families serving NASA MSFC.
