THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of , 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between WEDP-FUND I, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“WEDP”), and THE MAYOR AND ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF SAVANNAH, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Georgia (the “City”, and, together with WEDP, the “Parties”).
