PROPOSED ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE DELIVERY OF HOUSING PLANNED MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND CAPITAL WORKS BY LAMPTON 360 LTD.April 15th, 2016
This service agreement and obligations shall take full effect from the commencement date 1 April 2017 and shall continue for a period of five (5) years. Subject to a satisfactory completion of a full review of service and delivery performance and compliance requirements, which shall be carried out in the first quarter of the fifth year, the agreement should be extended for a further five (5) years.
