These General Provisions are attached to and made a part of the respective Letter Agreement or Master Agreement, dated February 1, 2018 between Lancaster County, Nebraska (“Client”) and Olsson Associates, Inc. (“Olsson”) for professional services in connection with the project or projects arising under such Letter Agreement or Master Agreement (the “Project(s)”).
