THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (collectively with the addenda and exhibits attached hereto, this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on August 9, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between TeamDynamix Solutions LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 1600 Dublin Road, Suite #200, Columbus, Ohio, 43215 (“TeamDynamix”), and Pasco County Board of County Commissioners/IT Department, a county, with its principal location at 7536 State St., New Port Richey, Florida, 34654, (hereinafter “Client”). TeamDynamix and Client may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
