The above named Guest Lecturer/Performer hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the University of Utah from any loss, liability, injury or damage resulting from any act or omission of the Guest Lecturer/Performer. Furthermore, the Guest Lecturer/Performer will announce to the audience at the Lecture or Performance that the University is not responsible for and does not have control over any information provided by Guest Lecturer/Performer.
