This Trust Deed, along with the Terms and Conditions of the Platform, addendums or amendments hereto, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time (collectively, the “Agreement”) constitutes an agreement between the Client (“ you” , “ your” , “ User” or “ Client” ), WealthTech Limited (”WealthTech”) and Sankore Securities Limited, (“Sankore”) which sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the www.wealth.ng platform (“the Platform”) and your access to the Investment products and services (each, a “Service”) offered on the Platform. By subscribing to the Platform, the Client agrees to be bound by the following terms, the Terms and Conditions of the Platform, as well as the Privacy Policy.
