The firm that previously performed the County's Arbitrage Rebate Calculations under Federal Revenue and Taxation Code is unable to continue these services due to a customer focus change. The arbitrage rebate, if any, is the difference between the average bond yield on the bonds sold and the interest earned on the invested bond proceeds during the project period, including the bond reserve It is therefore necessary to arrange to have these services performed by another professional service provider. It is recommended that Bond Logistix LLC provide these required services on behalf of the different effected parties including the General Fund. The associated expenditures will be charged to the respective funds. Our prior consultant highly recommended this firm and the scope of services has been reviewed by our outside bond counsel.
