Customer of this and the Customer’s application will be kept in REDTONE’ record as an application pending availability of the Services at the Designated Address. Where the Customer’s application is recorded as a pending application, REDTONE makes no guarantee or warranty to the Customer that the Services will become available at the Designated Address, and REDTONE shall not be held liable or responsible in the event that REDTONE is unable to provide the Customer with or facilitate availability of the Services at the Designated Address.
