Any monies received by The Amarillo House for occupancy of vacation property are in acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Vacation Rental Lease Agreement. It is the responsibility of the guest(s) to be familiar with all policies within this agreement. This rental agreement is entered into by and between the renter, hereinafter referred to as "Guest", and The Amarillo House hereinafter referred to as "Agent".
