This Settlement Agreement and Release (the “Settlement” or the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Plaintiffs Tracey Liu and Kristie Rudham, individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class (“Plaintiffs” or “Class Representatives”), on the one hand, and Defendant Home Depot U.S.A., Inc. (“Home Depot” or “Defendant”), on the other hand, in the action entitled Tracey Liu, et al. v. Home Depot U.S.A., Inc., Case No. 23-cv-1217 (W.D. Wash.) pending in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington (the “Court”).
