Attached for your records is a signed copy of the original Ultimate Recipient Agreement between the Town of Wadena and the Province of Saskatchewan regarding the Recreation Centre Roof Replacement project approved under the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP). Please ensure that a copy of the Agreement is given to your engineers and/or contractors so that they are fully aware of the conditions in the Agreement that must be adhered to. Failure to follow these conditions may constitute Events of Default as outlined in Section 12.0 Default.
