This Agreement, first made and entered into the ____day of _____________, 2012, by and between the University of Kansas Medical Center, located at 39th and Rainbow Boulevard, Kansas City, KS 66160 (hereinafter referred to as the "MEDICAL CENTER"), and the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #37 (hereinafter referred to as the "LODGE") acting herein on behalf of the members of the bargaining unit (hereinafter referred to as the "EMPLOYEES").
