This Part 1 Contract (Contract) for design-build services is made and entered into this 6th day of August, 2020 by and between the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, a public body corporate under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner," and Manhattan Construction Company, an Oklahoma corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the “Design-Builder”.
