This MANUFACTURING AND SUPPLY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), effective as of August 19, 2008 (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between NeurogesX Inc., a Delaware California corporation having a principal place of business at 2215 Bridgepointe Parkway, Suite 200, San Mateo, California 94404 U.S.A.
